Isiah Zagar is the artist and mastermind behind the Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens. This South Street institution is a mosaic wonderland filled with folk art, glittery mirrors and found objects that contributed to the revival of South Street. Zagar made a surprise appearance at the monthly Twilight in the Gardens event on June 23, 2018.
