2018 in Review

First full year of post-grad existence? Check!

It has been a tough year of trial and error, but I survived! I’m older, wiser and more confident than ever.

Here are some of my favorite editorial moments from 2018.

About a thousand people gathered in LOVE Park as the Mayor’s Office of LGBTQ Affairs, Trans Equity Project, ACLU PA, and William Way Community Center hosted a rally for Trans Existence and Resistance on October 23, 2018. The field was renamed in honor of Montgomery, Chairman of the Philadelphia Phillies, on Sunday, November 4, 2018. Montgomery started with the Phillies in 1971 as a season-ticket salesman. This South Street institution is a mosaic wonderland filled with folk art, glittery mirrors and found objects that contributed to the revival of South Street.
